AT&T Sales Associate

Globomark is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as AT&T Sales Associates. As a key representative of our client’s brand, you will help individuals and households discover advanced wireless and entertainment solutions. You’ll work directly with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right products, services, and packages to enhance their daily lives.

This is an in-person, client-facing position based in either our Tampa or Jacksonville office. We’re looking for candidates who are motivated, professional, and eager to grow within a company that values development and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate client interactions with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships

  • Provide clear and detailed information on available products, services, and upgrades

  • Tailor solutions based on customer preferences and needs

  • Answer questions and resolve concerns in a professional and informative manner

  • Accurately complete order entries and ensure seamless client onboarding

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly performance goals

  • Maintain a well-organized and professional work environment

  • Stay current on service offerings, promotions, and industry trends

  • Attend training sessions to sharpen sales techniques and product knowledge

  • Provide feedback on customer trends and experiences to help optimize offerings

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Reliable transportation to and from our Tampa or Jacksonville office

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly coachable and open to ongoing learning

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred but not required
