As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you’ll start by learning the core principles of our sales and marketing model, working closely with mentors and experienced team leaders. You'll gain real-world experience in client engagement, campaign management, and team support — while preparing to eventually lead your own sales team.


This is a stepping-stone role, ideal for individuals who are looking to build leadership skills, grow within a structured development program, and ultimately take on a management position within Globomark.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn and master foundational sales techniques, client relations, and brand representation.

  • Assist in the daily execution of sales campaigns and business development efforts.

  • Shadow and support current team leaders to understand how to motivate and manage a sales team.

  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and 1-on-1 coaching to build your leadership toolset.

  • Help develop and refine customer engagement strategies to optimize conversions and satisfaction.

  • Track sales performance data and use metrics to inform business decisions.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members as you advance.

  • Gradually take on more responsibility — including campaign oversight, client communication, and team leadership.

  • No prior management experience required — we train from the ground up.

  • A go-getter attitude with a strong desire to grow into a leadership position.

  • Excellent communication and people skills; you're great with clients and colleagues alike.

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

  • Detail-oriented with solid time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to work on-site in either Tampa or Jacksonville.

  • Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
