This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career starters to gain hands-on experience in consumer-focused marketing campaigns, promotional sales, and customer engagement. No prior experience? No problem — we provide comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed and grow within the company.
What You’ll Do:
Execute Promotional Campaigns: Support the planning and rollout of marketing and sales campaigns aimed at attracting new customers and strengthening brand visibility.
Engage with Customers: Interact directly with potential and current customers to share product knowledge, answer questions, and build lasting relationships.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our marketing and sales departments to brainstorm creative strategies and campaign ideas.
Manage Marketing Materials: Help create, organize, and distribute marketing content and event materials that enhance customer experiences.
Coordinate Local Events: Assist with the planning and logistics of in-person events, product demonstrations, and community outreach efforts.
Track Performance: Prepare and review reports that monitor campaign performance, track key sales metrics, and evaluate outreach effectiveness.
Support Daily Operations: Provide general administrative support, manage appointment scheduling, and handle follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping people
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A self-starter who thrives in a team environment and enjoys working with others
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus, but not required — we’ll train you!
